Student lavishes nice words on BGR’s strengths

Dear BGR,

You blow my mind. Like, literally, every time I do anything with you or the fantastic people who are a part of you my outlook on life is so much better. Yesterday was my group interview for BGR Supervisor and I was the first one in the room when, almost immediately, another 30 people come in the room in quick succession, all on time or early. And being around them was like being around friends you’ve known since birth; never in my life have I seen so many nice, outgoing, funny, passionate, outrageously excited people in my life. We talked about Disney songs like we hadn’t just met each other 10 minutes before, we argued respectfully and gave in graciously, and we made up a song about Blue Track. I’ve worked in a lot of groups before in my life BGR; some of them have been rather ugly and some of them have been a breeze. But you should know, BGR, that you’ve found an amazing group of people and you are helping them to do amazing things. And to the people in BGR, you are sparkling! You make my life and everyone’s lives you touch so much better by being who you are.
